Dr. Bhawani Patnaik

Assistant Professor

Dr Bhawani Patnaik received her PhD degree from IIT Bombay, M.E. from BITS Pilani and B.E. from Nagpur University. She has three years teaching experience in a tier 1 engineering college (BITS Pilani) and six and a half years of research experience during her PhD. She also has corporate experience, having worked in a solar based start-up incubated in IIT Bombay. She has presented papers in IEEE international conferences in India and the United States. Her research was in power optimisation of solar PV array under non uniform illumination. Her areas of interest are solar PV and embedded systems.
