SUPER 50 (PLACEMENT)

As a special and unique initiative, the entire cohort of MBA students across the DSI Group will be assessed on several job-readiness parameters and the top fifty students will be designated as the Super 50.

While all students will be provided extensive training to be prepared for job placements the top fifty students or Super 50 will receive additional training to assist them in striving for higher level placements.

The initiative and process is completely transparent and fair and will be open to MBA (2022 – 2024) and forthcoming batches, where the Super 50 will receive additional placement training.

SUPER 50

The Super 50 is an initiative launched by the Management Institution Council, for the DSI Group.

The one year exercise will assess and identify the top fifty management students in the MBA | PGDM programs and train them to achieve exalted placements.

The training will be function based and focus on developing in-depth functional skills in selected students enabling them to pursue superior job opportunities. This initiative is in addition to the incumbent placement initiatives that are conducted for all students.

SUPER 50

The Super 50 is a unique feature where MBA students ( 2022-2024 ) are tested for overall excellence across a range of parameters. Selected students then train hard under the supervision of a supervisor to achieve greater career heights and placement opportunities. The training would include interaction with industry professionals, in the area of industry appraisal, mock interviews, group discussions, aptitude tests and peer learning.

The event was well-structured and transparent, ensuring equal opportunities for all the students. The inclusion of skill-based activities tested technical knowledge, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. Overall, the event showcased the university's proactive approach in preparing students for future career. I would like to thank the Dayananda Sagar management for their efforts in organizing such an event and their commitment to nurturing talent.

This Super 50 assessment put us in a reality of how exactly the companies filter candidates and select the right people. Various rounds such as aptitude test, case study, group discussion and personal interviews were extremely enlightening and effective. I believe that this great opportunity given to us by Dr. Premachandra Sagar is going to give us a competitive advantage over our competitors in this dynamic industry.
