Our training modules for students align with the business needs and employer expectations. We have designed our training modules that teach basic life skills, communication, problem- solving, leadership, and decision-making skills. Pre-placement training such as resume writing, group discussion and mock interviews are also conducted. Industry Preparedness Programs are held for 4-5 hours a week wherein industry experts speak to students about the latest practices followed in different domains.

Was wonderful meeting Colonel Sivaraman K.R. (VETERAN), MSc, MCR.w, MRICS on campus. He was there with his colleague from Corenet Global, to speak to our MBA students on career opportunities in the Corporate Real Estate industry.

SUPER 50 (PLACEMENT)

As a special and unique initiative, the entire cohort of MBA students across the DSI Group will be assessed on several job-readiness parameters and the top fifty students will be designated as the Super 50.
While all students will be provided extensive training to be prepared for job placements the top fifty students or Super 50 will receive additional training to assist them in striving for higher level placements.
The initiative and process is completely transparent and fair and will be open to MBA (2022 – 2024) and forthcoming batches, where the Super 50 will receive additional placement training.
SUPER 50

The Super 50 is an initiative launched by the Management Institution Council, for the DSI Group.
The one year exercise will assess and identify the top fifty management students in the MBA | PGDM programs and train them to achieve exalted placements.
The training will be function based and focus on developing in-depth functional skills in selected students enabling them to pursue superior job opportunities. This initiative is in addition to the incumbent placement initiatives that are conducted for all students.
SUPER 50
The Super 50 is a unique feature where MBA students ( 2022-2024 ) are tested for overall excellence across a range of parameters. Selected students then train hard under the supervision of a supervisor to achieve greater career heights and placement opportunities. The training would include interaction with industry professionals, in the area of industry appraisal, mock interviews, group discussions, aptitude tests and peer learning.

International Placement

Five of our MBA students ( 2020-2022 | 2021-2023 ) are placed with ITPS and while two are employees three others are interning and are likely to be offered full-time positions at ITPS, Switzerland.
