Adventure Club

ONE DAY TREKKING on 28th February, 2024

Adventure Club organized a one-day trek to Siddara Betta near Tumkur on February 28, 2024. It was approximately 112 kilometers away from Bangalore. A total of 48 students and 3 staff members participated in the trek, ensuring safety measures were in place. The Tumkur Youth Hikers greeted all and provided breakfast for everyone. Following breakfast, they conducted various activities before embarking on the 8-kilometer trek from the base camp to the hilltop. At the summit, visited Shiva temple and then continued trekking, capturing group photos along the way. The students thoroughly enjoyed the experience, gaining both confidence and fitness. By 1:30 pm completed the trek and proceeded to Bangalore, with all students safely reaching home. Overall, the trekking experience was highly enjoyable, fun, and fulfilling.
