Dr. Bincy Raj, Assistant professor pharmacognosy, she has total 11.6 years of experience in Teaching / Research and seven months industrial quality control experience. Received 1st Price in poster presentation from Anna University Thiruchirappalli in 2008. Dr. Bincy Raj completed her B pharm from K.L.E Society’s college of pharmacy, Bangalore and M pharm from Al-Ameen college of Pharmacy, affiliated to R.G.U.H.S. She holds doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences from JNTUH, Hyderabad. She has total 15 international /National Publications to her credit and has presented papers at various national conferences. Participated in 8 workshops and 4 national conferences. Editorial board member in several journals. She authored one book in pharmaceutical biotechnology. Her area of interest is standardisation of herbal medicines, isolation of phytoconstituents, phytochemical screening and HPTLC analysis of herbal drugs. She is a recognised Ph.D guide in DSU.
