College of Journalism and Mass Communication (CJMC), DSU organized the visit of Grammy Award winner Ricky Kej, on Feb 26, 2016 on behalf of DSI and DSU. The internationally renowned Indian Musician and Grammy award winner honored with ‘Distinguished Visitor Award 2016’ at Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru. Mr. Kej is the youngest Indian to win prestigious Grammy award for his album ‘Winds of Samsara’. Additionally he is part of 3 albums Nominated for the 2015 Grammy Awards as well. Recently Ricky Kej composed and produced an album ‘Shanti Samsara’ which was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Francois Hollande in the presence of World Leaders at the recently concluded United Nations COP21 Paris Summit.
