The School of Computer Applications has been established in the academic year 2016-17 with 3 year BCA program and 2 year MCA program in the academic Year 2021-22 to nurture fresh talent in the field of Information Technology equipping them with plethora of skills to choose an area of interest at an early age. The three year BCA program offered by the department firmly believes that theoretical knowledge supported by ample in-depth practical exposure is required to meet the challenges of this ever changing field. As the world looks towards India for fresh and energetic talent in the field of IT, the Department’s mission is to shape the next generation IT professionals with concrete foundation, employable skills along with a touch of human ethical values.

Overview:
MCA is a two year degree program aims at providing students key knowledge in the area of computer science and predominantly the applications of the theoretical knowledge covered during the program. The objectives for MCA program are designed based on the department mission which enables the students to prepare transact in the field of computer applications by providing technical foundations in the field of computer applications. It also prepares the student to intellect in computing skills and innovation of software products to meet the industry needs. The program provides an exposure to the cutting edge technologies and training to work on multidisciplinary projects in a team. To make students to life-long learning through professional activities; adapt themselves with ease to new technologies, while exhibiting ethical and professional standards.
