Dr. Dasari Srikanya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Dayananda Sagar University. She holds a Ph.D. in VLSI from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur, where she focused on designing and optimizing ZnO/IGZO Thin-Film Transistors for biosensing applications.
She earned her M.Tech. in VLSI Design from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela and a B.Tech. in Electronics C Communication Engineering from GVP Engineering College for Women, affiliated with JNTU Kakinada. Her research interests are VLSI and Microelectronics, Non-Classical CMOS Devices, and Biosensors. She has 8 publications, including two in international journals, one under revision, two published in international conferences, two presented and awaiting publication, and one accepted book chapter.
With over 9 years of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Srikanya has served as an Assistant Professor (NPIU Faculty) at Government Engineering College (GEC) Bikaner and at Vignan’s Institute of Information Technology. As a research scholar at MNIT Jaipur, she specialized in semiconductor device modeling and simulation using Atlas Silvaco TCAD. She also gained hands-on experience in advanced semiconductor fabrication techniques at the Center for Nano Science and Engineering (CeNSE), IISc Bangalore, through the Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP) funded by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India.
