Dr. Dipen Biswakarma
Assistant Professor
Dr. Biswakarma earned his Ph.D. in 2020 from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, under the supervision of Prof. Santanu Bhattacharya. He is presently working as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at the School of Engineering, Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru.
Dr. Biswakarma previously held an RA position at SSCU from the period of 2024 to 2025. He also holds the prestigious DS Kothari Post-Doctoral Fellowship (2021-2024) under Prof. Aninda J. Bhattacharyya, focusing on organic electrode development for rechargeable batteries. His research portfolio includes significant contributions at Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR) from 2020 to 2021, where he developed low-cost optical detection systems for agricultural chemicals and biopesticides.
