Dr. Gangadhar T G is working as an associate professor in the Department of AI & Robotics, Dayananda Sagar University since March 2024.

He has about 18 years of experience in the field of teaching & 2+ years of experience in industry, which includes 5 years of overseas experience in teaching with Salalah College of Technology, Salalah, Sultanate of Oman. Worked as an Assistant Professor in R V College of Engineering one of the reputed institutions in south India around 5 years.

Worked as an Assistant Professor in SJB Institute of Technology around 7 years.

Experienced mechanical engineering professor with a strong back ground in engineering fundamentals and expertise in finite element analysis. Teaching courses in Mechanics of Materials, Design of Machine Elements, Mechanical Vibrations, Finite Element Analysis, Dynamics of Machineries, Advanced Materials and Processing and Industrial Safety. Expertise in handling analysis software’s like ANSYS and have an industrial exposure of around 2+ years as a CAE Engineer.

Authored text book for 5th semester mechanical Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) students titled “DYNAMICS OF MACHINERIES” by Gangadhar T G, Subhas Stores Books Corner, ISBN9789383214983, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a co-author, I have published a book titled “Design of Machine Elements I & Design of Machine Elements II” (In Press). Conducted research primarily in the field of composite materials with 38 International journal publications, 15 International Conferences, 07 Consultancy contracts and 01 Research projects. Filed SIX(06) design patents in the field of solar equipment. Handled 05 projects related to design and production with industrial collaboration which enhance the industrial exposure and helps to deliver the concepts to the students in a better way.
