Dr. Vengatesan Krishnasamy is an accomplished academic and researcher with a strong foundation in Computer Science and Engineering having more than 20 years of Teaching Experience. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, followed by a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Information Technology from Sathyabama University. He further advanced his academic credentials by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Sri Satya Sai University of Technology and Medical Sciences. He possesses extensive technical expertise in Python for Data Science, Statistics and Machine Learning, Tableau and Power BI, as well as Data Structures and Algorithms. He holds a prestigious Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Certification from IBM, reflecting his commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancement. With a prolific research record, he has published over 86 papers in Scopus-indexed journals, conferences, and book chapters, and has also secured five patents, highlighting his contributions to innovation and applied research. In his professional role, he is actively involved in strategic planning for training and placement, curriculum design, and research proposal preparation. He plays a key role in guiding research paper publications and organizing industry value-added courses to bridge the gap between academia and industry. His current research interests focus on data analytics and machine learning, where he continues to explore advanced computational techniques to solve real-world problems and enhance data-driven decision-making.
