Mr. Govind Kumar Pandey

Mr. Govind Kumar Pandey is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) at the School of Engineering, Dayananda Sagar University. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, Kolkata, India, and an M.Tech. in Optics and Optoelectronics from the College of Science, Technology, and Agriculture, Kolkata, India. With over four years of teaching and research experience, Mr. Govind has demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence. He has been honored with the prestigious 'Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Best Researcher Award 2025'. In addition to his academic and research pursuits, Mr. Govind successfully managed and operated a tuition centre, where he mentored numerous students in science and engineering subjects, further showcasing his passion for education and community engagement. Beyond academics, he is also known for his strong communication and public speaking skills.
His research primarily focuses on the design and analysis of graphene-based terahertz (THz) MIMO antennas for indoor wireless communication. His broader interests include THz communication systems, reconfigurable antenna design, intelligent reflecting surfaces, beam steering, and the integration of these technologies with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Mr. Pandey has authored several papers published in reputed SCI/SCIE, Web of Science journals and international conferences. He also actively contributes to the research community as a reviewer for prominent journals, including Computer Networks & Communication and Wireless Networks.
