Associate Professor

Dr. Mahadevamma L is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice, College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Also, she is providing pharmaceutical care services at Sagar Hospital Bengaluru. She completed her Ph.D. in the year 2022 and research work was carried out in her Ph.D. on antimicrobial agents. She completed her M. Pharm in Pharmacy Practice from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science (RGUHS), Bengaluru in the year 2011 and B. Pharm from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science (RGUHS), Bengaluru in the year 2008. In her 12 years of teaching & research experience, she received the Best Teacher and Excellence Leadership award from the previous institute. She received research grants from various funding agencies like Karnataka Jnana Ayoga (KJA), TBAI, RGUHS, and VGST. She has more than 45 research publications to her credit both in international and national journals. Also, she presented several scientific research papers at various national conferences. She has successfully guided more than 70 Pharm.D. students. She held several posts in various capacities in different academic and professional bodies. She is a member of various professional national organizations.
