Manchoju Bhavitha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. She completed her M.Tech. in Integrated Chip Design and Technology from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (ABV-IIITM), Gwalior, and holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Her academic interests include Digital VLSI Design and Semiconductor Device Modeling. During her postgraduate studies, she worked on the compact modeling of semiconductor devices using Verilog-A, focusing on developing and implementing physics-based device models for circuit simulation and analysis. She has hands-on experience with EDA tools and device simulation, and is interested in bridging the gap between semiconductor device physics and digital integrated circuit design.Her research interests include Digital VLSI Design, Semiconductor Device Modeling, Compact Modeling, and emerging semiconductor technologies.
