Mr. Manoj Solanki

Assistant Professor

Mr. Manoj Solanki is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Dayananda Sagar University, Harohalli, Bengaluru, since July 2025. He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Kurukshetra, with a specialization in Python, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics. His research area includes Computational Numerical Analysis, focusing on the numerical solution of Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) using Compact Finite Difference Methods (CFDM), Finite Element Methods (FEM), and Machine Learning techniques such as Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs). He has successfully qualified several national-level examinations, including IIT JAM 2023, CUET-PG 2023, and the South Asian University M.Sc. Entrance Test 2023 with AIR 11. He brings over all 2 years of teaching experience at the UG and engineering levels.

He is the author of the book “Numerical Solution of Differential Equations with Programs in Python” (NSDE by Manoj Solanki), designed for postgraduate students and researchers in numerical analysis. In addition, he actively creates tutorials on his YouTube channel “MS MATHS”, focusing on advanced mathematics and Python-based numerical methods. He has conducted academic workshops, including a one-month workshop on Python, “Application of Python in Mathematics” (APM: 2024). He also delivered a special lecture on LaTeX for postgraduate students at NIT Kurukshetra, organized by Anant – The Mathematical Society of NIT Kurukshetra.

His academic involvement extends to mentoring students, organizing interactive workshops, and contributing to mathematical societies and conferences. He is also the Co-founder and Office Bearer of Anant – The Mathematical Society, NIT Kurukshetra, where he actively promotes mathematical literacy and collaborative research.
