Dr. Rajeev Kumar Gupta
Assistant Professor
Dr. Rajeev Kumar Gupta obtained his Ph.D degree in mechanical engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. His research area is tribological studies of biomedical implant material and composites. He did his M. Tech in mechanical engineering from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela and B. Tech in manufacturing engineering from NIFFT, Ranchi. He has three years of research experience in the area of low cycle fatigue (LCF), Creep-fatigue interaction, Corrosion fatigue, Constitutive modelling for life prediction of superalloys used in the turbine blades. He has one year of experience in foundry based industry. He has 4 international publications and has 1 international patent. He got MHRD scholarship from government of India for higher studies.
