Dr. Suresh Kumar Natarajan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence & Data Science), School of Engineering, Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Vision and brings over 12 years of experience in academia, research, and innovation. His research interests encompass Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Vision, Medical Image Analysis, and Intelligent Decision Support Systems.

Dr. Suresh Kumar N. has established a strong research profile through extensive publications in SCI and Scopus indexed journals, international conferences, and scholarly books published by leading global publishers, including Wiley, CRC Press, IGI Global, Springer, and IET. His research contributions focus on AI driven healthcare, predictive analytics, deep learning, blockchain technologies, and data centric solutions for real world challenges. He has also contributed to innovation through patented technologies and intellectual property development in emerging areas of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.

He has contributed to research and innovation through funded project proposals, interdisciplinary collaborations, and academic mentoring. An active IEEE member and Faculty Advisor of Google Developer Groups (GDG), he has guided award winning student teams in national innovation competitions, including the Smart India Hackathon. His work is directed toward advancing globally relevant, sustainable, and socially impactful applications of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
