Dr. Sivananda Lahari Reddy

Associate Professor

Dr. Sivananda Reddy is a distinguished IT professional with over 20 years of experience in Agile Transformation, Project Delivery, and Quality Assurance. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology, an M.Tech in IT, and an M.Sc. in Computer Science. Dr. Reddy has held leadership positions such as Vice President of Agile Transformation at ANZ Global Capability Centre and Agile Coach at ANZ Operations & Technology Pvt Ltd, where he led cross-functional teams, executed Agile Maturity Assessments, and improved organizational performance through role-based coaching.

His international exposure at AT&T Bell Laboratories has provided him with a global perspective, enabling him to deliver impactful results in diverse, cross-cultural environments. Dr. Reddy has a passion for teaching, having taught at Priyadarshini Degree & PG College where he covered a wide array of subjects, including Software Engineering, Design Analysis and Algorithms, and Operating Systems. He is committed to mentoring students and fostering a deeper understanding of advanced computing concepts.

As an accomplished researcher, Dr. Reddy has published numerous articles in journals such as the International Journal of Scientific Research and Development and the Journal of Xidian University, focusing on areas like Hybrid Cryptography and Data Security. His research reflects his drive to develop innovative security solutions for modern challenges.

Dr. Reddy’s work has been recognized with prestigious awards, including India’s Next 100 CIO Award (2023) and several performance accolades from IBM and ANZ. He is also certified as a Certified Independent Director and an Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) Expert, highlighting his commitment to governance and sustainability.

Dr. Reddy is now working on the role of Associate Professor in DSU- CSE(SOE) department, where he aims to leverage his industry experience and academic expertise to shape the next generation of IT leaders.
