Mr. Mahendra
Assistant Professor
Mahendra is an academician and researcher currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Engineering at Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore. He holds an M.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering (Analytics) from the National Institute of Technology Delhi (2025), and a B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Professional Management and Technology Raipur, affiliated with Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (2023).
His research areas include Machine Learning, Cyber Security, Computer Networks, Algorithmic Trading and High Frequency Trading. He possesses foundational knowledge in programming languages C++ and Python, along with a good understanding of Data structures, Databases, Software Engineering and Web Development.
During his M.Tech, he focused on smart grid security and developed a “Computation and Communication Efficient Scheme for Smart Grid Security using Group Key Agreement Protocol”, basically designed and implemented for smart grid environments, focusing on minimizing computational overhead and communication cost. The scheme enhances secure data exchange among smart grid entities, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and scalability.
