Mr. Megha Chandel is an aspiring researcher with a strong academic foundation in Computer Science and Data Science. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and a Master of Technology in Data Science from the National Institute of Technology Mizoram , an esteemed institution known for its academic excellence and research-driven environment.
His academic interests lie at the intersection of Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Data Science. As part of his postgraduate research, he developed a novel “Dual-Camera Person Counting System Using YOLOv9 and Re-Identification in Bus Environments.” This work highlights his expertise in deep learning, object detection, and multi-camera coordination, addressing real-world challenges in intelligent surveillance and public transport systems.
Beyond his academic coursework, Mr. Chandel has worked on various hands-on projects, including the creation of custom datasets and deployment of machine learning models for real-time applications. These efforts reflect his strong inclination toward applied research and innovation.
