Outstanding Students
Entrepreneurship: A key Pillar at SCMS
At SCMS we take our role of creating an entrepreneurial mindset in our students very seriously. Kruthika Gowda and Ashish, have a startup that creates bespoke stationery, in a multitude of variations. They are Executive MBA (T 3) students who have full-time jobs but still find time to pursue an alternative passion.
An entrepreneurial mindset is crucial in today's dynamic world, transcending the realm of business to influence various aspects of life. It embodies qualities like creativity, resilience, and a willingness to take calculated risks. Such a mindset fosters innovation and problem-solving, enabling individuals to adapt to rapidly changing environments. Entrepreneurs see challenges as opportunities, driving them to think outside conventional boundaries and find inventive solutions. In professional settings, this mindset enhances leadership, as entrepreneurs embrace uncertainty and turn setbacks into learning experiences. Moreover, an entrepreneurial mindset nurtures a proactive approach, encouraging individuals to identify and capitalize on emerging trends. Whether in business, education, or personal development, cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset empowers individuals to navigate complexities, envision possibilities, and contribute to positive change in an ever-evolving world.
