My name is Supriya Deshpande. I grew up in a small town with a passion for learning but financial constraints. Despite this, my dream of obtaining a master's degree in a classroom environment persisted.
When I discovered the Executive MBA program for working professionals, I was eager to join and make the most of it. I firmly believe in Nelson Mandela's words: "Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world."
The Executive MBA program boosted my confidence in my ability to face challenges. I applied for the Project Finance Controller role at ABB, which offers significant visibility and decision-making responsibilities. Thanks to my creative and problem-solving skills and technical expertise, I secured the role with a substantial salary hike. Although the role is complex, I am confident in navigating it successfully.
The Executive MBA has empowered me to dream big and achieve my goals through systematic effort. I made the right choice at the right time. I am immensely grateful to Dayananda Sagar University for creating this affordable program and allowing us to benefit from it. I also extend my heartfelt thanks to the Dean and all the professors who share their knowledge and inspire us to learn and grow.
I am thrilled to be part of this program. Personally and professionally, I am in a better place and eager to continue growing.
