Voter's Awareness Rally

The School of Commerce and Management Studies, associated with NSS, organized a Voters’ Awareness Rally to sensitize students and the public about the importance of active participation in the democratic process. The rally aimed to raise awareness about the importance of voting, particularly among first-time voters, and to promote responsible citizenship.

Students of the BBA and B.Com programs enthusiastically participated by carrying placards, banners, and slogans highlighting the need for 100% voting. Nearly 65 students participated in the Voter Awareness Rally. The rally covered nearby localities, spreading the message of the power of a single vote and the role of youth in strengthening democracy. Faculty members also guided the students in communicating the importance of free, fair, and informed voting practices.

This initiative not only created awareness in the community but also helped students understand their social responsibility and the impact of collective participation in nation-building.

Alumni Talk - Write Up

On August 4, 2025, the School of Commerce and Management Studies had the privilege of hosting an engaging Alumni Talk Session with Ms. Lavanya Ajith, a distinguished alumna of the school. As an ACCA aspirant who has successfully cleared 9 ACCA papers, Ms. Ajith shared her remarkable academic journey and professional insights with our first-year BBA and B.Com students. Her session highlighted the importance of determination, consistent effort, and goal-oriented learning, leaving the students motivated and inspired to pursue excellence in their chosen paths.
