School of Commerce and Management Studies, Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore in association with TechLawLogi Consulting LLP organized a workshop on 27 th February, 2018.

Dr. Pratima Narayan, Founder Partner, TechLawLogi Consulting conducted the workshop on the topic “E-Commerce – Legal Perspective”.

Mr. Sharan Nair, Vice-President at Unocoin, delivered a lecture on “The future of finance – All about bitcoins and blockchains” on 24th February, 2018 at School of Commerce and Management Studies of Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore.

Mr. Sharan Nair is one of the first cryptocurrency enthusiasts to have spread information about bitcoin on the Indian market.

Prof. Kirron Bindu, Partner – Mentes Capital, delivered a lecture on Union Budget 2018 on 10 th February, 2018 at School of Commerce and Management Studies of Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore.
Around 200 Students Commerce and Management students were part of this exciting session to get an overview of Union Budget 2018 from finance expert. Students of DSU were very interactive with many interesting questions for Prof. Kirron Bindu and it was still flowing the time we realized we have to wind up the session.

A workshop was conducted by Dr. Simon Sweeney from University of York on the topic “Changing world order: Is western decline inevitable and will developing economies shape 21 st century institutionalism?” at School of Commerce and Management Studies of Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore on 14 th February, 2018.Students were enthralled with the intense knowledge of Dr. Sweeney all through the workshop which focused on the shifting of economic power from west to east, examining why traditional US hegemony is in decline and the diminishing EU influence
