“Searching THE VOICE “Karaoke Singing Competition
On 23rd March, 2024 in commemoration of World Water Day, a special karaoke Singing Competition was organized at DSU. The theme of the competition emphasized the importance of preserving water resources for future generations. Participants were invited to register for the competition in advance, with a special emphasis on selecting songs related to water, rivers, oceans, or environmental conservation. The event aimed to provide a platform for aspiring singers to showcase their skills, entertain the audience, and foster a sense of camaraderie among participants.
SLOGAN CONTEST – 22/3/2024
On the occasion of World Water Day, the Department of Computer Applications at Dayananda Sagar University organized an event centered on the theme of water conservation. The celebration took place on 22-03-2024 at the Innovation Campus (Kudlu Gate) , bringing together students to raise awareness about the importance of preserving our planet's most precious resource.

On March 21/03/2024, the Department of Computer Application has organised an Alumini Talk by Nilesh Krishna. He is an esteemed alumni of Dayananda Sagar University with over 3 years of experience in supply chain Analytics, delivered a compelling technical talk at our institution. Nilesh Kumar currently serves as an SAP EDI Analyst in Montreal, QC for peerless clothing, showcasing his expertise in the field.

The Department of Computer Applications in collaboration with Coding Ninjas has conducted an exclusive online speaker session(webinar) that ignited our students passion and guided their career trajectory. The speaker for the session is Ms. Taruvar Mittal who has carved a niche at Google.
Women’s Day celebration report Date: 9/3/2024
The Department of Computer Applications at Dayananda Sagar University, celebrated Women’s Day at DSU, Kudlu gate campus amidst much fanfare involving staff and management. The celebrations started with setting up of an attractive floral decoration of women with wings to fly high in the reception area which turned out to be attractive and mesmerizing and took everyone into a world of festivity and fun.
Awareness on student exchange program
The Department of Computer Applications in collaboration with the Department of International affairs organized an awareness session on Student Exchange Program Awareness Session for all semesters of BCA and 1st sem MCA students on 06-03-2024 and 07-03-2024 . The session aimed to provide students with insights into the benefits and opportunities offered by student exchange programs.
