The October 2019 Executive MBA program commenced on November 2, 2019, with a seminar titled ‘Different Shades of Entrepreneurship’. The seminar delved into critical aspects of entrepreneurship, starting from – Corporate Entrepreneurship and ending with how a start-up approaches an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The seminar also looks at the journey of a young entrepreneur who has recently made it to the ‘Forbes 30 under 30' list of entrepreneurs' and his company has received Series A funding of $ 5 million.

Anshul Bafna, who describes herself as a ‘modern monk’ visited Dayananda Sagar University on October 17, 2019 and addressed MBA, Semester I, students on leadership and enlightened management. Anshul Bafna is a founder of “Soul School| Searchlight” which looks at personal, professional and spiritual development of individuals. She firmly believes that self-awareness and introspection are extremely important in the journey of a leader.

She is a trained Business Psychologist, chartered marketer, PG in Advertising, a personality profiler from London as well as MICA & a “Spiritual Life Coach”, has exemplary qualifications and certification in the field of profiling of personalities, Personal Development and Holistic Healing.

She works in the areas of, emotional intelligence, healing, mind transformation, leadership, Team & diversity at work, Soul awakening, karmic cleansing, healing, NLP , stress management, work- life balance, mindfulness, and other areas of professional, personal, Emotional freedom techniques, regression & spiritual development.

She also mentors for university of Westminster, and on platforms like, sheroes, baby chakra, my city for kids, and her own institute Soul school where she conducts workshops, helping people get the best out of them.
