Business Simulation Train-the-Trainer Session conducted on AIMA Bizlab
Mr Vijay Bisht, Master Trainer from AIMA conducted a business simulation 'Train the trainer' session for Faculty of School of Commerce & Management Studies (PGP), Dayananda Sagar University on 13-Jul-24. After training, the learnings will be passed on to students as part of their MBA program.
Mirroring the case study approach, AIMA business simulation gives students the chance to explore the dynamics of the specific business environments or markets utilizing applied learning without the threat of ‘real world’ side effects.

The concept of design thinking and why is it the need of the hour?
Design thinking is a non-linear process. It utilizes groups or teams to develop a deep understanding of users, limitations, rethinks assumptions to reiterate and deliver contemporary solutions which are further prototyped and tested.
