Student Advisory and Career Services (SACS) at the School of Commerce Management PG, offers comprehensive support to MBA students for their career development and placement readiness. SACS is expected to achieve following outcomes for students:
- Enhanced ability to critically analyse and interpret JDs and organization profiles.
- Improved readiness and confidence for the placement process.

Student Advisory and Career Services (SACS) – Process Document
MBA Class of 2024
Frequency: Monday to Friday, 1.5 Hours per day
Objective: Prepare MBA students comprehensively for industry placements through structured interventions in communication, aptitude, and employability skills.
- Enhance communication, confidence, and business awareness.
- Prepare students to face interviews, group discussions, and aptitude tests.
- Improve professional etiquette, domain awareness, and strategic articulation of career goals.

- Pre-Program Baseline Assessment (Week 1/ Student Assessment Completed)

Students from MBA 2023, Semester III attended a four day workshop on HR Excellence at Bengaluru in February 2025.
The program was organised by Ribon Gum, Bengaluru and was designed for HR professionals with 2–6 years of experience that aims to provide insights into core HR functions and advanced concepts.
